About Peter
As a principle of The Waterkotte Group, Peter Waterkotte is passionate about helping clients find the home of their dreams and discovering innovative ways of marketing their homes. With over 30 years of sales experience catering to the client's needs, Peter along with his amazing team strives to be the best!

A veteran of the United States Air Force, trained in combat medicine and spending the majority of his service in the newborn nursery/newborn intensive care units, he applies the work ethic he learned while serving his country to every transaction he is involved with. Dedicated to his community, Peter recently served a four-year term as an elected councilman in the Borough of Kennett Square and serves at his local church in various capacities.

Peter works alongside his wife Joelle, who he has been married to for over 33 years. They love to spend time outdoors, whether it be hiking with their two wheaten terriers, embracing the natural beauty around their second home in the Pocono Lake PA area or cycling. Peter enjoys spending time with his family and has two sons who live locally with their wives and more recently 2 new Grandsons born within 5 weeks of one another, all reside in the Borough of Kennett Square.
