"Petra is amazing and thorough. I am absolutely thrilled at our experience with her. She sold our house in four days, with multiple offers and a final sale over $100K above asking price, and helping us through every stage of prepping the house for sale, listing, negotiating and closing. Some of the things that she did that really stood out to me: 1) she connected us to Compass Concierge, which provided a substantial loan against the sales price for us to make improvements and repairs before listing, so that it didn't feel painful spending several thousand to have the whole house painted and to have the deck and patio fixed; 2) she met with us early when we decided to sell to talk strategy and figure out what we need to to do to beforehand, including getting pictures of the house before the leaves fell (for a winter sale) so the buyer would know what it looks like in spring; 3) she used her language skills to help me talk to our painter, and she checked in regularly on their work when we were out of town; 4) she worked very closely with buyers' agents to get all the information about the buyer and to make sure that we didn't have any surprises at closing - she spoke directly to the lenders to make sure that the buyers could follow through on their offer 5) communicating with us every step - follow up after the brokers' open and two open houses, how the buyer was moving through the stages for closing - we were never wondering what was happening and 6) amazing attention to detail, like making sure we upgraded the (old yellowed) switchplates after the painters had finished the bright white walls, getting new house numbers to replace our dated ones, bringing over new knobs for our hall cabinets - I could go on and on, but these little things were just proof that she cared and was paying attention to our house to make sure we received the best price. She strongly recommended an experieienced title company to the buyer, which led to a super smooth closing and us receiving the sales proceeds the day of closing.
