Philip Guire

Phil Guire, born and raised in Michigan, “Bleeds Maize and Blue.” A master of the ever-changing market, he is a seasoned and excellent negotiator, is well-respected by peers, and maintains a broad and diverse network of contacts that has benefitted clients in surprising ways. He is known equally for his ready smile and for wearing shorts year-round, while his knowledge of the DC metro area would rival that of any cabbie. Phil enjoyed stints in the non-profit world and politics on Capitol Hill before his career in real estate.
