Phil began his career as an Austin Realtor in 1984, obtained his Broker license, and owned/operated his first real estate firm, Southwest Prime Investments, from 1986-1989, for acquisition/disposition of commercial properties/land for a local developer, composing CMA’s and BPO’s for numerous banks, mortgage, and PMI companies for one of the largest asset management companies in Austin for subsequent sale/disposition of these properties, and as the Lead Broker for Investors International – a consortium of wealthy investors - for property acquisitions. This tenure was followed by the successful opening of his residential firm, Showcase of Homes from 1989-2013. Then in 2013, with almost 30 years of Realtor experience, Phil decided to join Realty Austin, an affiliate of Leading Real Estate Companies® of the World, as one of their senior Broker Associates.
