He guided us through every step, from learning to use the Compass database to sitting in on, and even driving us to and from, the closing of escrow. The Compass database is an excellent tool for narrowing the home search. Phil regularly reviewed my searches and periodically called me in California to review my selections and provide insights into neighborhoods, tax rates, association fees and other factors regarding each home.
