Before real estate, Phil spent more than 20 years in New York’s restaurant industry, working in top dining rooms including Jean-Georges, Le Bernardin, and Saga, and owning his own restaurant, Gloria. This background gives him a refined service approach, a strong design sensibility, a robust vendor network, and a sharp eye for investment opportunities. Originally from Dobbs Ferry, he studied Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University and Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America. He lives in Carroll Gardens with his husband and two cats and enjoys wine, restaurants, travel, music, gardening, and interior design.
