Phil Lange

I began my real estate career as an assistant for my mom, Linda, while I was still in college. She has been a realtor for 28 years, so real estate has really been a part of most of my life. I’ve always had such respect for how hard she has worked, appreciation for the friends she has made, and admiration for the career she has built, and I ultimately got into real estate because being able to experience and learn the whole spectrum of real estate from one of the best in the business was an opportunity I didn’t want to waste. 

My favorite part about real estate is that every day is different. I get the opportunity to meet new people every day, research and discover diverse properties, and work on all the different aspects of real estate that make being an agent for a client rewarding. The markets I specialize in are Walworth County (I grew up in Williams Bay) and Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties (I’ve lived in Milwaukee/Wauwatosa for 13 years). Aside from having my real estate license, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with my bachelor’s degree in marketing, so I pride myself on delivering excellent marketing services for Clients’ listings. The combination of my marketing/sales background with the technology and tools that Compass offers allows me to provide services that complement clients’ goals while utilizing my experience. 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Sarah, as well as family and friends. When I get a chance, I also enjoy golfing, basketball, traveling, and playing poker.
