About Phil
Phil Levy took an early retirement in 2008 after a 30 year career in the insurance industry as a chief financial officer to pursue a lifelong interest in real estate. He earned is real
estate license in 2008 and his broker’s license in 2021. Phil and his son Joey Levy engaged in the real estate business for almost 14 years prior to launching with Compass.
Phil and Joey have assisted clients with buying or selling over 125 residential and multifamily properties since commencing in the business. These include both principle residences and investment properties. Both are recipients of the prestigious Five Star Professional award and have been among the top producers in their offices.
