About Phil
Phil Pometto is a Sales Manager in our Compass La Jolla Office and is also an Associate Broker. Recognized by his customers and clients as their Real Estate Advisor, Phil consistently has his finger on the pulse of the market. He is a master problem solver, continuously protecting his clients' best interests. He was the Founder of Pometto & Associates, Inc. and Pometto Team Realty. With almost 25 years of Real Estate and Mortgage experience, he brings his knowledge and expertise to every transaction. While in the Mortgage Industry, Phil was a seven-year President Club Member at Fieldstone Mortgage Company and was consistently ranked as one of the top Account Executives in the country. On the Real Estate side of things, Phil has contributed as a CEO, Managing Broker and Sales Manager. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business/Finance from the University of Maryland.
Phil's skills extend beyond real estate. He has owned multiple restaurants and is an active supporter of local schools, charities and organizations such as Rady Children’s Hospital and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, the beach, Maryland crabs and especially spending time with his wife and three kids.
