About Phil
After Phil left the Army as a Field Artillery Officer, he began a sales career where he learned the value of building long-term customer relationships. His professional career encompassed virtually every facet of the business: development, marketing, product management, sales, training, and business development for several public and private companies. He had been VP of Corporate Sales for the East Coast for Packard Bell Computers during its highest growth period.

Phil built up his own manufacturing representative company to handle this and additional consumer product/technology products that supplied big-box retailers with international reach. He is excited to have the opportunity to apply these skills to the real estate industry. He enjoys a hands-on approach and has had a long career in negotiating large contracts for his clients.

Phil lives in Arlington, his wife, Carolyn, and they are active in the dog rescue arena, having been volunteers since 2007 when they adopted their first rescue. Happily, they just adopted their third rescue, a four-year-old Boston Terrier-Mix named Pudge.

Phil loves the ever-changing real estate business and prefers a personal touch in working with clients. It is not about awards nor Facebook for him, but the individual client's best interests and needs. The majority of his clients are past clients or referrals of their friends and families. He is confident that his vast experiences and real estate knowledge can stand up to the competition. Clients rely on his integrity, insight, and ability to negotiate and resolve the many aspects of selling or buying a home to get the job done.
