Phil Tibi

In 1991, during a visit to Phoenix, AZ, Phil Tibi discovered his affinity for Arizona’s Biltmore area and decided to make it his home. At 23, with an MBA from Fordham University, he moved from New York and became one of the youngest homeowners and HOA presidents in the Biltmore Greens community, marking the start of his real estate career. Phil swiftly established himself in the Biltmore market by enhancing client services, strategically securing advertisements, and building extensive local knowledge.

Over the years, Phil has held key leadership roles, including President of the Biltmore Lions Club and Biltmore Area Partnership, cementing The Phil Tibi Group as specialists in Biltmore real estate. In 2016, he assumed the role of Sales Director for Two Biltmore Estates, successfully managing multimillion-dollar luxury condo sales. Recently, he introduced an innovative interactive Biltmore Map, enabling clients to track listings and property details seamlessly.

Through strategic collaborations with contractors, interior designers, attorneys, financial planners, and 1031-Exchange specialists, Phil and his team continue to elevate The Phil Tibi Group’s reputation as leading experts within the Biltmore real estate market.
