Real estate has been a central part of Thomas' life since he was a child. Growing up, there were always blueprints on the kitchen table and trips with his dad to construction sites were common and exciting because where else could he climb around on a bulldozer or tractor? As the son of a residential developer Thomas learned a lot about houses and construction.
When Thomas grew older, he worked weekends cleaning up on job sites. As a teenager, he worked during the summer months as a construction laborer sweeping out half-finished houses or unloading kitchen cabinets from the delivery truck – whatever was needed. It was hard work, but Thomas learned to appreciate the value of honest labor. He also developed an understanding of how a house is built and how a neighborhood is planned and constructed. Years later, Tom, came to manage the sales and marketing of his family business, Dilsheimer Communities. Over the years they built more than 2,000 homes and dozens of communities throughout the Delaware Valley.
The family business is no longer active in real estate, but he is. Thomas had his Real Estate License since 1994, and his business as a full-time Realtor® is robust and growing. Thomas found great success representing Sellers and Buyers with all manner of properties – from starter homes to mansions, vacation homes to investment properties. He was born and raised in the area, and know City neighborhoods and suburbs equally well.
