"I recently purchased a co-op at The Kensington House in Chelsea, and working with Philip was an absolute pleasure. His handling of the transaction was exceptional—his attention to detail and organizational skills are truly second to none. I had always said I would never buy a co-op. However, after seeing the unit at The Kensington House and recognizing what a great opportunity it was, I decided to move forward and signed the contract. Once the contract was signed, the reality set in—I was buying a co-op and now had to complete a board package and go through the approval process. Having been in the mortgage business for over 41 years, I knew exactly what that process involved, which is why I had always avoided co-ops in the first place. I can honestly say that if it were not for Philip’s guidance and expertise, I would have backed out of the deal. The volume of paperwork, along with the constant reviewing, checking, and double-checking, was overwhelming. While I knew I was more than qualified—the bank approved me in one day—the co-op board process took significantly longer. I was frustrated on more than one occasion and I’m sure I expressed that frustration to Philip. Throughout it all, he remained patient, helped manage expectations, and guided the process every step of the way until approval was secured. Philip’s problem-solving abilities and people skills are phenomenal. Having worked with many realtors over the past 41 years, I can confidently say that Philip ranks in the top two I have ever worked with."

"Apartment hunting can often be a tedious and frustrating process, but working with Philip Morelli made it both informative and genuinely enjoyable. His knowledge of New York City neighborhoods was spot on, and he took the time to truly understand our needs before guiding us toward the right neighborhood and the right building for us. Our time together was educational and thoughtfully paced, and ultimately led us to a home that feels uniquely right for our lifestyle. Philip was generous with his time as we explored multiple neighborhoods and buildings, always offering insight without ever being heavy-handed or pushy. Early in the process, we asked for his professional opinion—and after seeing many options, we ended up exactly where he had originally felt we belonged. Philip is an engaging, perceptive, and highly intelligent professional who continues to support us with his deep knowledge of the technical aspects of real estate. He made the entire process a true pleasure."

"Philip is a true professional in every sense of the word. He consistently goes above and beyond, handling every detail with care, precision, and thoughtfulness. From finding the right tenant—not just any tenant—to assisting with the small but important details, like recommending the best local hardware store for duplicate keys, Philip made it clear he was the best person for this listing. His knowledge, responsiveness, and dedication truly set him apart. He is an asset to any organization and someone I would trust without hesitation. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience."

"Philip brought a level of professionalism, discretion, and market insight that immediately set him apart. From our first conversation, it was clear he understood not only the nuances of Chelsea Gardens, but also how to position the property to attract the right buyer. His strategic approach, attention to detail, and thoughtful guidance throughout the process made the sale feel seamless and well-managed from start to finish. Communication was clear, decisions were well-informed, and the outcome exceeded our expectations. We would confidently recommend Philip to any seller looking for a refined, results-driven representation.ā€"
