Guided by a strong dedication to customer service, Philip offers a comprehensive background in the real estate industry, including experience as a CAD draftsman and estimator in the millwork and custom countertop sector, an assistant land surveyor, and a specialist in building materials sales and consultation. His broad skill set and adaptability position him well to support clients through the complex and evolving process of buying and selling homes.
Outside of Real Estate, Philip is a US Coast Guard Captain, Sailing Instructor, CPR/First Aid Instructor and serves on the Board of Directors for the Berkeley Yacht Club. Other passions include adventure motorcycling and endurance sports.
Philip Strause is a founding member of The Playsted Group, started by real estate veteran Mark Playsted in 2023.
