Philip Talley is an accomplished real estate agent recently relocated from Denver to Nashville and bringing with him a diverse background that encompasses multiple facets of the real estate industry. Hailing from Texas, he proudly carries the legacy of being a fifth-generation Texan on both sides of his family. 

After graduation, Philip co-founded TaxnetUSA, a pioneering company that became the leading provider of property tax data solutions in the state of Texas. Over the course of 12 years, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success before making the bold decision to relocate to Colorado, where he has actively pursued his passion for real estate. In February 2015, he obtained his real estate license, dedicating himself to creating meaningful connections with clients through exceptional service. To date, Philip has successfully guided hundreds of clients through real estate transactions, showcasing his reliability and dedication to making the process as smooth as possible.
