Since 2005, Phillip Chumley has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals throughout the Greater Kirkland area and beyond. Over the years, he has co-founded two successful brokerages in Kirkland, guiding hundreds of families through buying and selling with expertise, integrity, and care.

Phillip’s path to real estate began early. After moving from Minnesota to the Pacific Northwest as a teenager, he developed a strong competitive spirit and a love for teamwork—qualities shaped by years of playing soccer at a championship level. By the age of 21, he had launched his career in real estate, bringing that same drive and focus to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

In 2025, Phillip joined Foundation First Group alongside longtime friends Colin Foote and Cassandra Joyner. While his career has been rooted in the traditional real estate market, he saw an opportunity to expand his knowledge by working closely with a team experienced in land acquisition and new construction development. He is excited to continue serving his clients while learning the full process of taking a project from raw land to a finished home.

Phillip has a proven track record in residential sales, marketing, and client advocacy. Now, with the support of his team, he is broadening his expertise to include the development side of real estate. Together, they offer a full suite of services for buyers, sellers, investors, and developers—providing strategic guidance from the earliest stages of a project through to a successful sale.

Community & Personal Life

Phillip’s approach to real estate is rooted in family values and community connection. Inspired daily by his daughters, Ava and Blayke, he believes “home” is more than a place—it’s where life’s best moments happen. Away from work, he enjoys staying active through softball, golf, and bowling, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family.
