"Phyllis was amazing. She put up with me looking at houses for over a year. Phyllis helped me set up a housing dashboard with all the various options we wanted in a house. She went with me to various open houses, and private house showings over that time, including weekends and after hours on weekdays. She worked with my wife and I to put in offers for houses and talk us through the various steps, even when we were unsuccessful with an offer (or decided to pull out of an offer). There was never any pressure from Phyllis to compromise and just move into a house, but to find the house that was right by us. When Phyllis could not meet with us to see a house (due to being on vacation), Phyllis set up a colleague to work with us. Phyllis was prompt with her responses to us via email, text and phone and would respond after hours. "I would highly recommend Phyllis Butler at Latter & Blum to represent anyone selling (or purchasing) a home. In March of 2024, I had an estate property to sale. My estate attorney suggested that I try Ms. Phyllis, so I asked him to contact her and request that she call me. It wasn’t long after that (on a Monday), she called me. During our conversation, I filled her in on the particulars of the property and we set up a meeting date at the property on the Wednesday afternoon. During this meeting we first viewed the property, then we sat down to discuss her research of properties that were recently sold in the area. She then gave me a price on what we should ask for and I accepted it. I signed the paperwork to proceed with the sales process, but asked for two weeks to empty the house. On Wednesday, two weeks later, Ms. Phyllis came to put the for-sale sign up in the front yard. The following Monday I got a call from Ms. Phyllis saying that we had five offers for the house and she wanted to meet to discuss the offers (with four of the offers were for the asking price). On Friday we closed the sale of the house. I summarize this experience by saying Ms. Phyllis is a very proficient realtor, as well as her being a very pleasant person"
