About Phyllis
Phyllis Guedry proudly hails from "Down the Bayou," having been raised in the small town of Bourg, Louisiana, not far from Houma. After a 10-year career in college athletics, she set her sights on becoming a Realtor®, driven by the desire to do something meaningful that involved building strong relationships with people. In 2006, Phyllis made Baton Rouge her home, joined the Latter & Blum Perkins office, and began what would become a successful real estate career.

More than 20 years later, Phyllis is proud to be living her best life in the fast-paced world of real estate. She strives to exceed the trust and value her clients place in her, making their interests and decisions her top priority. Clients can have the utmost confidence that she will do everything possible to ensure a positive experience during their transactions.

When not buying and selling with her clients, Phyllis works on her own real estate portfolio, as she is an avid believer in real estate for investment purposes. Besides spending time with her family and friends, you can find her walking her two dogs, exploring new restaurants, traveling in and out of the U.S., tending to her plants, and engaging in a variety of outdoor activities, including biking, jogging, and paddleboarding.
