Drawn to real estate by her passion for architecture and interest in investing, clients also benefit from Phyllis' tech-savvy consulting background. She spent the first five years of her professional career in consulting roles for KPMG and IBM Global Services, during which time she closed multimillion-dollar deals and oversaw every detail of complex client engagements. She credits these roles for her ability to listen closely, set goals and strategy, and solve problems — all while delivering superlative customer service.

Phyllis earned her bachelor's degree in computer science from Stony Brook University and her master's in management from NYU-Poly. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, cooking and travel.
