Pier Porrino

Whether working with first-time homebuyers or experienced investors and developers, Pier Porrino's industry connections enable her to match-up a broad array of buyers, sellers, lenders and experts so that every transaction moves along with ease. Her ability to quickly and accurately assess market values allows her clients to make sound real estate decisions and to maximize their investments. Prior to joining Compass, Pier worked for Corcoran Icon Properties in San Francisco and Piedmont, and at Caldecott Properties in the East Bay. Her focus has been in residential sales, including the sales and marketing of multi-unit new development condominiums, lofts, and commercial spaces. Pier is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Communications & Marketing. As an East Bay Area native and a longtime Oakland resident, she enjoys sharing her knowledge of the many fabulous neighborhoods from which buyers can choose in their quest to find that perfect home. Pier supports the Ride-A-Wave Foundation and Shared Adventures -- both organizations are committed to introducing kids with physical and emotional disabilities to the joys of nature among the Bay Area's redwood forests, oceans, rivers and streams.
