Pierre Leroy is a global hospitality and real estate strategist with 25+ years of experience and over $500 Million in closed transactions across the Americas, Europe, the Caribbean. He specializes in hotel acquisitions, real estate development, and investment advisory for institutional investors, family offices, and UHNW clients.

Pierre is currently negotiating multiple large-scale casino and entertainment projects totaling $8.5B USD, including ventures tied to Thailand’s national integrated resort initiative. With deep operational knowledge and a global investor network, Pierre bridges capital with opportunity, helping partners unlock value in high-growth markets.

Pierre has advised institutional investors, private equity firms, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and government entities on large-scale projects across the globe. His ability to align global investment strategies with local market dynamics has positioned him as a sought-after strategist in both mature and emerging markets.

Formerly Head of Hospitality and Lifestyle for the Americas at Douglas Elliman, Pierre also co-founded Centro Group Miami—a boutique real estate firm serving elite global clientele. Earlier, as the top commercial broker at The Keyes Company in Miami Beach, he spearheaded the Hospitality Division. During that time, he was also a partner in a hotel management company for over a decade, gaining operational insights that now inform his advisory work.

Currently, as a strategic partner with the Crego Group at Compass / Christie’s International Real Estate, Pierre leverages a global network of luxury developers, investors, and industry leaders to drive value for his clients. This alliance enhances his reach across key markets, further cementing his role as a global dealmaker in hospitality and real estate.

Pierre is fluent in French and English and currently learning Spanish. His philosophy—Think globally—guides his work as he bridges cultures, markets, and investment philosophies. Based in Miami Beach, Pierre holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in Public Relations from H.E.C. Montréal and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida.
