About Pindie
Pindie Deol has been proud to call Eastside Seattle home for over 25 years. After graduating from the University of Washington’s School of Nursing, Pindie was a critical-care nurse at Overlake Medical Center, where she advocated for patients and their families for 17 years.

When she ultimately sought a change in career, Pindie tapped into her longtime interest in homes and design to pursue real estate—a profession that also appeals to her well-honed talent for working with people. She brings to the job an attention to detail, a willingness to learn and collaborate without ego, and a caring personality, “which is why she did so well in nursing,” says Eric Reese, noting that those values echo the Reese Team’s approach to helping clients buy and sell homes, and the Compass mission as a whole.

Pindie has become an expert in the local real estate market since she’s watched Seattle change and grow over a generation; she possesses a keen instinct as to which neighborhoods would best suit her buyers, whether they’re in the market for the first time, upgrading to a larger home in Seattle’s suburbs or downsizing to a city condo. That knowledge helps her educate her clients about market trends and data so they can make the most informed decisions. She also takes the time to listen to her clients and understand their unique needs and desires, so together they can formulate a plan for buying or selling their home. Above all, she says, the process should be enjoyable, and lead them to a successful and happy outcome – that’s the type of engagement that drives her and the entire Reese Team.

During her spare time, Pindie participates in local fundraising events to support several causes, and she serves on the board of the homeowner’s association in her community. She and her husband Saurabh live with her college-age daughter, Simran, and Bruno, their Chihuahua mix. Pindie and Saurabh love to hike area trails, practice yoga, and meditation, and they travel as often as they can.
