Pino Fortunato brings a new approach to the real estate industry. While honing his expertise in luxury residential sales, purchases and rentals, Pino sensed the growing demand for healthier homes and created GreenBuildingMap.com, a tool to explore ecologically responsible residential and commercial real estate, architecture and green design.
Pino has successfully marketed and sold a range of properties from the stunning historic Dakota Building to new full service white gloves luxury residencies and assisted many first-time buyers enter the market at moderate price points.
His unusual combination of a low-key style, charisma, generosity, acumen, energy and intuition puts clients at ease and delivers results. Pino is extremely attentive to meeting each individual client’s unique lifestyle needs and constantly researches and vets new listings and developments in co-ops, condos, townhouses and investment properties. As member of the Greenwell Team at Compass, Pino collaborates on commercial real estate transactions. Leveraging his vast network he works anywhere in the US as well as Italy.

Pino has a law degree from The Sapienza University in Rome, Italy and studied marketing, sponsorship sales and art management at NYU School of Professional Studies. He has over a decade of experience in business and non-profit development in the green space, sustainable living and green building and is the founder and executive director of Eco Art Project, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire awareness of environmental issues and sustainable development using art, design and architecture. The organization is a grantee of major foundations such as the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
In NY, Pino calls Hell’s Kitchen home. In his free time, he loves to cook, work out, enjoy his family and friends, meet new people, travel, read, explore nature, take in the arts and spend time in his home in Italy.
