Piper Chans

A graduate of the University of Alabama, Piper brings a new energy and drive to Team Toth. Growing up in a family full of realtors, Piper has the experience, knowledge, and drive to close a deal and advocate for her clients. 

While at Alabama, Piper balanced working as Team Toth’s full-time executive assistant, overseeing all marketing efforts, contracts, outreach, business development and more, while simultaneously a full-time student, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and awarded the most outstanding senior in her entire college. She prides herself on being an excellent communicator, organized, and driven, and working as the team’s assistant has allowed Piper to master the ins and outs of real estate marketing, negotiating, and sales. 

An Atlanta resident since the age of 1, Piper grew up in Johns Creek and has unique, intimate knowledge of all of Atlanta’s communities and suburbs, and she is excited to help everyone find their place here.
