Rob Depaoli has been a Realtor® since 2013, specializing in buyer and seller representation, luxury home development and investment properties primarily in the Los Angeles area. Rob earned Rookie of the Year in his first full year as an agent in 2013, and has consistently been ranked by the Wall Street Journal as a top 500 California agent out of around 465,000 licensed Realtor®s in California.

Rob started an expanded team approach in 2021, partnering with another agent on every deal to expand Rob’s reach across the US, increase transaction velocity, broaden exposure to off market opportunities and generate more value to clients. Through his involvement in Compass Sports and Entertainment division Rob now has the ability to seamlessly relocate clients in all 50 states and has completed residential and commercial transactions in over 15 states ranging from first time home buyers to complex $25,000,000 property sales.

Rob began investing in real estate at the age of 26 and owns commercial investments, single family homes, apartment buildings and short term rentals in Los Angeles and Nashville. Rob has also managed and invested in spec development projects in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Hawthorne, Nashville and Nevada. Rob holds a Business Administration major with an emphasis in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
