Presha Sparling

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 40 years and was one of the four owners of GBK Realtors, before we merged with Compass in 2020. Coming from a background of art and design, I understand the aesthetics of marketing a home as well as the nuances of pricing, timing and negotiation.

My years of experience have created great relationships with many brokers and allowed me to participate on the NWMLS Board of Directors as well as several strategic committees. I also belong to Forum 22, an organization of top residential real estate agents, and the Seattle Condominium Network. Relationships are what I love about my job and are the key to my success.

I was born and raised in the Northwest and know Seattle’s neighborhoods well. I’ve bought, sold, built and remodeled many homes in the city, and this is where I raised my family. Having grown up in the real estate world, my daughter Riley decided to join me in 2008. We have a lot of fun as a team and our partnership means every client gets the benefit of our combined energy and knowledge.

Our clients don’t just call when they’re in the market to buy or sell. They see us as their real estate advisors and reach out whenever they want to test an idea or validate a hunch. That’s why they come back to us for subsequent real estate transactions and why they trust us when their children and good friends need advice.

After years of up markets, down markets and baffling markets, I still love my job. I believe real estate not only gives people a home, but is also a wonderful investment. Decisions surrounding a purchase or sale are critical because real estate is a big asset. I’m experienced, ethical, responsive and will always look after your best interests.
