Priscilla Diaz

Priscilla Diaz is a native New Yorker and real estate expert whose career spans luxury residential sales, new development lease-ups, and independent brokerage, giving her a rare 360-degree perspective of the New York City real estate market.

After beginning her real estate journey in operations and sales alongside Team Carte Blanche, where she worked with high-end luxury co-ops and condos across New York City, Priscilla made a deliberate move into new development, leading lease-up operations for landmark Manhattan projects including The Ellery and Ray Harlem. Across those projects she oversaw a portfolio totaling over 572 units and generated more than $3 million in sales across markets.

Driven by a commitment to mastering every dimension of her craft, Priscilla earned her Master's degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from Longwood University, deepening her expertise in market analysis, investment strategy and development. She has now returned to independent sales, bringing with her an unmatched combination of luxury residential experience, new development expertise and academic rigor.

Priscilla specializes in helping clients navigate Manhattan's most significant real estate decisions, whether relocating to New York City, purchasing their first home, selling a property or investing in new development. Her approach is rooted in protection, transparency and real guidance at every stage of the process.

Beyond real estate Priscilla is a faith-driven entrepreneur, podcast host and Co-Founder of Swing for Glory, a youth development baseball program dedicated to building community and character in the next generation. A native New Yorker with deep roots in entertainment, she is perhaps best recognized as Jessica on The Electric Company, the Emmy Award winning children's television series on PBS — and has appeared on Hulu, HBO Max and ALLBLK working alongside acclaimed collaborators including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ne-Yo and Christopher Jackson. She brings that same creativity, discipline and heart to every client relationship.

Priscilla lives in the tri-state area with her husband, son and stepdaughter.
