"My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our experience with Rachael. We were in a tough situation - we needed to find housing in a short amount of time in an uncertain and very competitive market. Rachael didn't flinch, she got straight down to business and the very week we brought her on we were out touring homes.  This was our first experience buying a house and Rachael made it seem like an easy process despite the challenges we were facing. The confusing paperwork was taken care of and explained, and she turned our concerns into confidence as she whisked us along to showing after showing. She helped us with our offer letters as well as smoothed out the bartering process that initially seemed foreign to us.  We went through a fair amount of rejections as well, but Rachael was always there to pick us up, dust us off, and offer up some new places to look at. Persistence is key in this market and she had it in spades - she never seemed to lose hope and was tireless in her hunt for our next opportunity.  Eventually we ended up with the perfect home, and while it hadn't been the first (or second, third, fourth etc) place that we had put an offer on - it must have been for a reason as we liked this one more than all the rest. Rachael was ecstatic as we were when our offer was accepted. We could tell that she was just as invested as we were in getting the house and it meant the world to us that it wasn't just another job to her.
