Rachael's approach to real estate is rooted in a deep appreciation for community and the belief that where you live shapes how you live. Raised in a close-knit neighborhood on two private water-ski lakes just outside Fort Worth, she learned early that strong relationships, the lifestyle a home provides and genuine connection matter. That foundation continues to guide everything she does.
Before entering real estate, Rachael built her career in hospitality, tech, and strategic development, working in fast-paced environments that demanded long-term thinking, creative problem-solving, and disciplined execution. Her years in hospitality taught her the art of anticipation, the power of seamless experiences, and how to make people feel genuinely cared for. She reads a room the way others read a map, navigates complexity with grace, and knows that the best deals close when people feel understood. That skill set translates beautifully to real estate.
Real estate became the natural intersection of her core passions: people, problem-solving, and design. Those interests deepened when she co-founded Ruoti Design & Construction with her brother, gaining hands-on experience in renovations, spatial planning, and value-driven improvements. She loves helping clients see not just what a home is, but what it can become and the smart decisions that support both the life they want to live and the investment they're making.
Rachael doesn't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Every client, every home, and every goal deserves a strategy built with intention and a service-first mindset. Whether you're a first-time buyer, ready to make your next move, exploring an investment opportunity, or a seller wanting a marketing approach that stands out and tells an authentic story rather than blending into the noise, she brings clarity, care, and genuine attention to each step of the journey.
She specializes in residential sales, investment properties, and homes in established communities across the Fort Worth area, with a particular affinity for waterfront properties on Eagle Mountain Lake, where character, location, and long-term potential align beautifully.
Outside of work, Rachael divides her year between the water and the mountains. Wakeboarding on Eagle Mountain Lake in summer, snowboarding in winter. She travels frequently, drawn to understanding and experiencing different cultures. That adventurous spirit and perspective on how people actually want to live shows up in everything she does.
