Rachel Anthony is a Texas native and Austin-based real estate professional known for her data-driven approach, strong communication, and commitment to building lasting client relationships. Having lived in Austin for nearly a decade, she offers a deep understanding of the city’s evolving market and the neighborhoods that make it one of the most desirable places to live in Texas.

As a REALTOR® and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designee, Rachel combines industry expertise with a strategic marketing background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and began her career at iHeartMedia, where she developed the negotiation, marketing, and relationship-building skills that now help her clients achieve exceptional results.

Rachel works with a wide range of clients, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors throughout Austin, offering a thoughtful and tailored approach to each client she represents.

Early in her real estate career, Rachel worked alongside a custom home builder, gaining hands-on experience in land acquisition, development, and the construction process. From sourcing land opportunities to coordinating with trades and managing client communication, she developed a well-rounded understanding of building from the ground up, insight that continues to benefit her clients today.

She has also assisted clients with large land acquisitions and investment opportunities, including properties for short-term rentals, development projects, and spec or custom homes. Known for breaking down complex market data into a clear, approachable strategy, Rachel helps her clients make confident, well-informed decisions.

Leveraging Compass’s innovative technology, along with strategic marketing, social media, and off-market networks, Rachel is able to create maximum exposure and opportunity for her clients.
