About Rachel

As a Nashville native, Rachel grew up on the West side of town. Rachel’s previous career experiences in advertising sales, marketing and graphic design allowed for an easy transition into the real estate industry in 2015. Raised as a contractor’s daughter, she’s toured homes since she learned to walk and enjoys using her eye for construction to help identify value.

She and her husband Russell, a Vanderbilt baseball alum, live in West Meade with their three young sons and old pug. She enjoys renovating homes, interior and graphic design. She uses her creativity to help buyers see past another person’s belongings and envision the potential of what it would be like if it were their new home. This same skill comes into play with her listings - from staging, arranging, tidying and marketing to pricing and timing, she creates a plan for success to ensure her clients are happy!

Rachel enjoys participating in the growth of Nashville by using her broad knowledge of the city’s history and surroundings to help her clients find their right fit. She has a passion for those new to the Nashville area who are excited about planting seeds in the community and investing in its prime real estate. Education about the process of buying and selling real estate holds high importance to her. Upon meeting, Rachel will sit down with her clients to explain the paperwork involved and the step-by-step process of what can be expected from day one to closing day.
