Rachel Capitanini

I'm a Real Estate Broker with the Capitanini Team at Compass. Originally from St. Louis, I moved to the Chicagoland area in 2016 after graduating from Miami University (Ohio), and I’ve loved making this city my home. Over the years, I’ve lived in several neighborhoods across Chicago, which has given me a personal understanding of the city’s unique communities and what makes each one special.

I work with clients throughout both the city and the suburbs, backed by a team that has proudly served the North Shore for over 20 years. Before real estate, I built my career in project management and customer service—experiences that taught me how to stay organized, think ahead, and always put people first. I carry those same strengths into my real estate work today, making sure every client feels heard, supported, and prepared from day one.
