About Rachel
Rachel brings forth technical expertise, creativity, and compassion when approaching the Real Estate Market, joining the team of top-performing agents within The Burke Group. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, she has a deep, systems-orientated approach to understanding complex and dynamic situations. She loves a good challenge and problem-solving is in her nature. Having spent time in the solar industry, designing Solar Rooftop systems for Tesla, she has insights into the structural and electrical elements of a home and has an environmentally mindful approach. Rachel has previously taught AP Environmental Science and AP Physics in DISD, affording her a unique understanding and appreciation for our beautiful planet and the science of it all.

She is an avid communicator and values transparency and empowerment. Her goal is to equip her clients with the information they need and want to feel secure and excited about the purchase or sale of their homes. Rachel also has a love for psychology and pondering what it means to be human, so she approaches relationships with curiosity, empathy, and openness. She has had nearly a decade of sales experience accompanying her mother's Dallas-based jewelry business, Deborah Gaspar Jewelry. Traveling to cities such as New York, Los Angeles and Aspen to set up trunk shows, Rachel understands the art of client-focused sales and nurturing those relationships in the context of metropolitan, high-end environments.

Her father is a real estate agent in Dallas, giving her unique insights into the market and inspiring service-oriented client experiences and efficient transactions. Interior design and architecture are other elements of real estate that inspire and informs her work. Born and raised in North Dallas, she grew up in a white-brick contemporary home in a more traditional neighborhood, which heightened her awareness of different architectural and design aesthetics. In her free time, she enjoys photographing nature and homes around Dallas and during her travels, organizing and reading about psychology, neuroscience, and a variety of subjects that peak her interest!
