Rachel worked for iconic companies such as Nike, Adidas, Nordstrom, Icebreaker, and Filson holding positions such as Global Operations Director, Director of Sales and the Vice President of Retail managing multi-million dollars businesses and teams of people. 

Her success came from the result of her impressive sales statistics, work ethic, directness, and dedication to her customers, employees and the brand. Her last role was Vice-President of Retail, where she was an active decision-maker for the entire company directing /driving sales, managing margins, product innovation, growth, and marketing campaigns for the US Retail division, finding success by leading and teaching the client experience to her division in a struggling retail market. With these impressive skills, Rachel realized she was a natural fit for the real estate industry.
