Rachel Gecho

Rachel Gecho is a luxury real estate advisor, builder, and developer known for representing distinctive properties and guiding complex real estate transactions throughout Southwest Washington and the greater Pacific Northwest.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Washington, Rachel brings a rare combination of global business leadership, development expertise, and design-driven property marketing to her clients. Prior to real estate, she spent more than two decades in executive retail leadership with globally recognized brands including Nike, Adidas, Filson, and Icebreaker, where she held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Retail and Global Retail Operations Director, overseeing large-scale retail operations and international strategy.

Rachel’s transition into real estate was a natural evolution of her passion for architecture, design, and development. In addition to advising buyers and sellers, she is actively involved in luxury residential construction and development, building and bringing custom homes to market through her construction and development firm. This hands-on experience provides Rachel with a deep understanding of construction quality, architectural design, property positioning, and investment value—insight that few brokers are able to offer.
