"I hired Rachel after interviewing multiple realtors and she stood out above the rest as being knowlegable, responsive, and able to provide top notch service. She completed extensive research to help me find the perfect purchase within my budget, connected me with the right loan and escrow and became a friend in the process. I learned a lot from Rachel, and her patience and calm demeanor were highly appreciated by me as I navigated the purchase process. I've referred many people to her and plan on using her services at Compass again. 10/10 would recommend." - Anita | Purchased in Escondido, 2024
"Working with Rachel during the BUYING and SELLING process was truly a pleasure. She was professional who listened and took the time to understand what we wanted in a home as a new family! Rachel explained every step of the process, so we were confident in our decision! Rachel had great connections for a variety of support people (e.g., cleaners and designers to make the selling property sparkling and cute). My family would definitely work with her again and I would recommend her to my friends." -Christiana | Purchased in Clairemont & Sold in North Park, 2024

"My wife and I had a great experience working with Rachel. It was my first time buying a home and we were not sure if we could afford to buy. Rachel immediately put us at ease and was always available for questions. She was flexible with our home wishes and provided listings that matched our specifications. Rachel also connected us with a financial advisor who gave us additional knowledge and the courage to take the home buying leap. If you want a real estate agent who will listen to your requests and will work with you along the home-buying journey, Rachel is the agent for you. She will take away the stress of house hunting and will make it a fun process." -Natalie | Purchased in Chula Vista, 2024
Rachel was born in 1714 on a mysterious military base in what is now Alabama. At over 300 years old, sheās accumulated centuries of real estate experience, which, frankly, explains a lot.
She moved 13 times before finishing 8th grade and somehow attended three different first grades. Between an Army helicopter pilot dad and a RealtorĀ® mom, moving became less of an inconvenience and more of a personality trait.
In the 1800s (or, more accurately, her 20s), Rachel played professional soccer in Germany, where she spent 4½ years becoming fluent in German and moderately fluent in yelling at referees. After eventually retiring from her international athletic career, she and her wife traded Denver for San Diego and have been happily soaking up the sunshine ever since.
Today, Rachel is known as the self-proclaimed San Diego Pickleball RealtorĀ®, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of lifeās biggest decisions with equal parts strategy, honesty, and very, very dry humor. Whether sheās negotiating contracts, hosting open houses, or explaining why this shade of greige is objectively superior, she believes real estate should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
When sheās off the clock, youāll find her walking her border collie, riding her fixed-gear bike, playing pickleball, paddle boarding, skiing whenever possible, or enthusiastically supporting the local pizza economy.
If youāre looking for a RealtorĀ® whoās equal parts experienced, approachable, and just a little unconventional, Rachel would love to help. Three centuries of experience may be a slight exaggeration, but sheāll gladly put her actual expertise to work for you.
