Rachel Halatokoua

Rachel Halatokoua (HALL-uh-tuh-KO-uh) was born and raised in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada. After an unusually ordinary and unflashy upbringing, she studied graphic design at BYU in Provo, Utah, and spent the next 20+ years designing everything from corporate identities to interior spaces for a wide range of clients. Coupled with her extensive background in retail, Rachel moved her family to the Colorado high plains and had the privilege of working for some of the most beloved home furnishing brands including Ethan Allen, RH, Williams Sonoma and Crate & Barrel. It was in retail that she was able to hone her love for service-oriented sales while offering design solutions to help clients elevate their spaces and brands.

As a REALTOR®, Rachel thrives on serving her clients with concierge-level service. She excels at helping each one feel as if they are her only client. Excelling in a high level of communication and stats-backed market knowledge, she prepares her clients for all possible scenarios. Ensuring her listings are successful with free cleaning, vacant staging, photography and floorplans, she sets her clients up for the best possible success. 

When she is not helping clients carefully craft their next home experience, Rachel can be found in one of two places: at home with her husband and three children, or in the mountains, enjoying all the beauty that Colorado has to offer. Rachel feels extremely fortunate to have called Colorado her home for the last 17 years. It has been nothing short of extraordinary.
