About Rachel
As a third-generation realtor, Rachel shares the same commitment to professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service as her mother, Jean Pennant. Born in London, raised in Dallas, and an Episcopal School of Dallas alumna, Rachel has intimate knowledge of the various neighborhoods she has lived in and understands the intricacies of this ever-changing, growing city. Combined with Jeanā€™s 29+ years of experience, comprehensive knowledge of the local market, and an invaluable local network, the Pennant Team has created the perfect resource and partnership for your real estate needs.

Prior to launching a career in real estate, Rachel attended Pepperdine University and earned a degree in Business. Thereafter, she displayed leadership and expertise in the marketing and public relations industry in Los Angeles and locally ā€“ particularly crisis communication, media relations, event marketing, and corporate philanthropy. In her leisure time, Rachel enjoys traveling, reading, reformer pilates, exploring new restaurants, cooking, and spending time with family, friends, and French Bulldog, Tofu. Rachel is a member of Shoreline City Church where she serves on the NextGen team.
