Rachel Riley

Rachel was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, and now loves calling the heart of D.C. home with her husband, Trevor, and their Aussie puppy, Jax. Growing up in a family of real estate professionals and investors, she developed a passion for the industry early on. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrative Management from the University of West Florida.

Rachel began her career as an interior designer, specializing in kitchen and bath materials and design. While navigating the process of becoming a homeowner and later a landlord with her first investment property, she realized her passion for real estate ran even deeper. She transitioned into the title industry as an account manager, where she gained valuable expertise in real estate contracts and title insurance.

With her design background and love for woodworking and DIY, Rachel brings a unique eye for detail to every transaction. She has a strong appreciation for quality craftsmanship and a deep knowledge of home construction, which allows her to help clients see both the beauty and the potential in a property. Her ability to notice the finer details and envision the finishing touches adds a valuable perspective for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

As a military spouse, Rachel understands firsthand the challenges of relocating to a new city. Having experienced several moves herself, she is committed to advocating for and guiding her clients, especially military families, through every step of the buying and selling process.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys home projects, gardening, traveling, visiting local farmers markets, admiring the city’s architecture, and exploring D.C.’s vibrant restaurant scene with her husband. Her diverse experiences give her unique insight into the emotional side of home decisions, and she takes pride in offering both knowledge and empathy to clients looking to buy, sell, rent, or invest.
