About Rachel
Rachel came to DC by way of Georgia in 2013, when she moved here to work on the Hill. After her Hill experience, she took a position in the nonprofit world with the American Cancer Society helping hospitals and health care systems improve their patient experience. Purchasing her first home in 2018, Rachel realized the client-centric business of real estate was the ideal place for her strengths and passion. With an organized and easy-going manner, she helps her clients navigate the tough DC market. Having been both a DC newcomer and a first-time homebuyer, she can relate to these clients, building enduring relationships and seeing them through all stages of their real estate lives -- moving up, downsizing, investing. Rachel has the skills and the tenacity to make those goals happen
In her downtime, she stays busy with her two dogs, Snoop and Birdie, her husband, and her love of yoga - she's a 300+ hour power vinyasa certified teacher! She's crazy for gardening, loves to travel (she's been to 30 countries!), and unwinds by playing the piano. An involved alumni, Rachel was recently named the President of the Georgia College DMV Alumni Chapter, connecting with her fellow Bobcats in their DC community. On top of it all, she manages an AirBnb and a long-term rental.
Rachel looks forward to being a resource for her clients in not only real estate, but in the many ways of enjoying their experience in this great city.
