Rachelle’s transition into real estate was a natural evolution of her own personal interests, beginning in 2013 with her first home in Brookside. A charming bungalow that needed significant work, the project sparked a lifelong fascination with the bones of a home and an innate ability to see the hidden gem within every structure.
In 2017, Rachelle’s investment journey officially took flight when she transitioned her Brookside home into her first rental property to travel the world. After visiting every continent—including an expedition to see the whales and penguins of Antarctica—she returned home to Kansas City in 2020 with a renewed passion for the local community and its architecture.
