About Rada
Dual-licensed in IL and WI, Savvy Realtor & Investor with years of experience buying, selling, and investing in Real Estate. “My clients choose me because I am straightforward - my goal is to get the most value for you from your asset.”
I work mostly off of referrals, establishing new relationships to build up camaraderie in the business community on a hyperlocal level. What differentiates me from competition: Knowing when to take risks, Positioning clients with Strong Negotiating Power, customizing each unique transaction with thorough Market Analysis and Maximum Market Exposure.
With a BA from Brown University, work ethic, natural leadership, and ability to stand out from the rest, presented me with an offer to play professional basketball in Europe, where I expanded my sphere of influence to the international market. I first acquired an interest in Real Estate when I was promoted to Assistant Project Manager for an independent developer in Santa Monica, CA. There I collaborated with a team to build L.E.E.D. certified luxury residential condominiums.
In 2013, I started my own brand, Home Is What I Do Best, Inc. in Chicagoland and then Milwaukee selling residential real estate, which quickly expanded into commercial and investment properties. -Rada has helped many clients buy, sell, relocate, and most recently started Real Estate Investment.
