With a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, Rahwa spent her academic career conducting independent research, identifying pain points and opportunities, and crafting innovative and effective solutions. Her research background allows her to gain a deep understanding of her clients' diverse and intricate needs by asking the right questions and deep listening. She thinks outside of the box and explores the art of the possible enjoying the co-creation process with her clients. 

Rahwa's career began in technology at Amazon, where she led a 200-strong CS Ops team, honing her skills in a customer-centric environment. This experience enables her to approach real estate transactions with meticulous attention to detail, focusing on the qualitative and quantitative aspects that matter to clients. Subsequently, Rahwa transitioned to the cryptocurrency industry as Senior Vice President at a prominent global cryptocurrency exchange. Her oversight of thousands of digital assets and markets provided valuable insights into market trends and adaptability. This experience contributes to her proficiency in understanding the financial dynamics of real estate and assisting clients in making sound investment decisions.

When she's not assisting clients, Rahwa indulges in her artistic passions of poetry, cinema, and design. She also enjoys outdoor adventures with her beloved Labrador, Essie. Rahwa is deeply involved in philanthropic initiatives, advocating for causes that champion individual freedoms, sustainability, and economic development in her native countries of Ethiopia and Eritrea. Her passions underscore her appreciation for the artistry and emotional human-side of real estate, enriching her ability to help clients find not just an investment property, but a place where they can thrive and create lasting moments.
