Rain has helped buyers acquire homes and investment properties throughout the Westside and West Valley, including Encino, Sherman Oaks, Malibu, Calabasas and Thousand Oaks. For sellers, her full-service approach includes preparing a home for sale, coordinating staging, consulting on repairs or improvements and marketing effectively to reach the maximum number of prospects in a short amount of time.
