With a rich background in historic homes, condos, mid-century architecture, construction, renovations and problem solving abilities, I understand how to position your home in such a way that it maximizes our desired result. Additionally, I created a team of partners to provide a smooth real estate transaction and a wealth of knowledge being part of the COMPASS real estate family.
Having sat on the City of Phoenix Historic Preservation Commission for 9 years and currently living in the North Garfield Historic District for over 29 years….I have seen this Valley grow and had the privilege of working with clients and every corner!
Since 2021, I've guided buyers and sellers to success with over $15 million in real estate and am proud to be partnered with the industry-leading brokerage, COMPASS.

Growing up in Western NY, I had a passion for architecture, construction and how people functioned in the spaces in which they lived. Syracuse University School of Architecture accepted me into their program, but I pursued a more affordable state school for economics. Spending most my life involved with various aspects of residential housing, I understand real estate personally from multiple perspectives. I have extensive background in property management and construction.
However, My proudest accomplishment is being a dad and that lead me to being "homeroom dad" for my daughter, K - 8th grade, attending 9 of her 11 field trips, throwing class parties, running programs with efficiency, kindness, and enthusiasm. Now she is a young adult and that same enthusiasm, kindness, and efficiency I carry forward for my clients.
