Ralph Godfrey offers all the insight of a native New Yorker. Born and raised in lower Manhattan, Ralph greatly appreciates and understands the city's diversity, culture, and architectural integrity. His knowledge of each neighborhood is what makes him excel in matching customers with properties. He graduated from The City College of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. During his time at City College, Ralph played NCAA basketball with City College and is still very passionate about the sport today. Ralph’s native fluency in Spanish allows him to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers who look to reside in beautiful New York City. Ralph decided to combine his leadership and communication skills as a Division 3 athlete with his passion and knowledge of real estate in New York City to specialize in commercial and residential rentals in New York.

He is consistently improving his craft and extending his knowledge by attending training seminars and workshops weekly and traveling all around the 5 boroughs. He specializes in both residential sales and leasing in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Queens, serving clients seeking wonderful homes in the neighborhoods that suit their tastes and needs. Ralph’s understanding of the changes in New York City over the decades gives him the advantage to connect and explore with potential clients.
