I am a proud member of Stylemark Realty Group at Compass, where I serve buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with a special focus on Keller and the surrounding communities. Having lived in Keller since 2003, I offer clients deep local knowledge and a unique perspective shaped by more than 40 years in the construction and development industry. In 1996, I founded RLW Properties, Inc., where I serve as Owner and President. As a general contractor, RLW Properties specializes in residential, commercial, and tenant improvement projects. My extensive construction background helps clients evaluate properties with a trained eye for quality, value, and potential, while my decades as a business owner have instilled a steadfast commitment to integrity, attention to detail, and exceptional service.

I am a 1986 graduate of Texas A&M University, where I was a Football Letterman. I was honored to be inducted into the Texas A&M University Athletics Hall of Honor in 2019. When I’m not assisting clients with their real estate goals, I enjoy traveling across our beautiful country on my motorcycle, hiking in the mountains, and skiing. As the proud grandfather of four grandsons, I cherish time with my family and look forward to the day they are old enough to join me on my two-wheeled adventures.
