With over 10 years as a real estate professional and over $200 million in properties sold, Randi enjoys the challenge and genuine gratification from building life-long relationships with her clients. The majority of her business is referral and repeat clients — the result of her deep local knowledge, formidable business acumen, and concierge-level service.

Randi built her business & team, the Randi Weidner Group, in the Greater Seattle Area and recently expanded into the Austin market in 2022 with a focus on Seattle & Austin relocation.

Randi earned her BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business. She is a member of Realm Global, whose members represent the top 1% of real estate professionals worldwide.

In her spare time she pursues her pilot’s license, seeks out epicurean and travel adventures, focuses on her longevity and wellness, and is committed to the betterment of her community. Above all else, Randi loves being a wife to her husband Don and mother to her daughter Emma.
