We had an excellent buying experience with Randy as our realtor. We had looked homes for a long time before contacting any realtors and when the time came to pick a realtor Randy was an easy choice. He was patient throughout the process and offered great insight into neighborhoods, developments, and what would or might not be a good fit for what we were looking for. With Randy's guidance we were fortunate to go under contract in just a few weeks. Where Randy really shined was how we helped us through the process of getting under contract, negotiating, and managing contingencies. We were first time home buyers so this process was very new to us, and having Randy to keep things moving and organized was a huge help and a weight off our shoulders. He got us an appliance warranty paid the sellers which has already saved us a ton of money in repairs. Another great thing about Randy is that even after closing he has been in contact with us to make sure everything has been going smoothly with our new home. Whether we needed a roofer in a pinch or a trusted housekeeper Randy has had great recommendations. On top of being a great realtor, he's also a great person which is of course the most important thing. We would absolutely recommend Randy to any friends and family looking to buy in the DMV area.

Born and  raised in the city of ā€˜brotherly love’, Philadelphia, Randy brings a no-nonsense, yet caring and genuine approach to clients. Growing as a gymnast - both as a student, and later a coach, Randy’s work ethic reflects that sports required dedication and rigor, ensuring his clients receive the personalized, nuanced stellar experience they deserve. ā€œI work tirelessly to earn the trust of my clients. Randy graduated honors from Fielding University, earning his Masters in Organizational Management . Always looking for new challenges and ways build his arsenal of skills, in 2015 Randy passed the notoriously difficult Project Management Professional exam to earn his PMP. A resident of DC 17 years, Randy has worked leadership roles managing large teams at Bank of America, Apple, and Pottery Barn. His skill set reflects that experience, whether he is reviewing lender estimates for nervous first-time buyers, selecting inventory staging for property sellers, or partnering with developer clients to incorporate smart tech into new construction.

Randy is a tireless advocate of animal rights and supports both national organizations such as the ASPCA as well as local rescue efforts like City Dogs. You will  find him, his partner Daren Phillips, and their dog Sadie, an Anatolian Shepherd mix, at the dog at 17th & New Hampshire strolling Meridian Hill Park. His hobbies are mainly centered on music. ā€œMy first instrument was drums. I played in a band school/college. In 2006 I bought a guitar and  taught myself play. If I could get a band together, life would near perfect. We’ll see what the next few years have in store! Stay tuned!ā€
