Meet Raneem Nassar Febus, a dedicated and experienced real estate agent with over 6 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors in the DC Metro area, Raneem has recently branched off to start and develop her own real estate team along with her husband, leveraging their expertise in construction, sales and marketing to build a thriving business. Since moving to the U.S. at the age of 12 to Washington DC, Raneem feels lucky to have been able to call the DMV area home for the last 25 years.

In addition to her work in real estate, Raneem also co-owns a construction company with her husband, allowing her to bring a unique perspective to her clients' needs. With her deep understanding of the Real Estate market and hands-on experience in construction, Raneem and her team provide their clients with comprehensive and tailored solutions to their real estate needs.
