Education
As the daughter of a real estate broker, Raquel’s path into the industry was natural. Raquel obtained her license in 2014 while studying business at Seattle University. She spent her sales career on her mother’s real estate team, focusing on the team’s operations, systems, and marketing.
Since joining Compass as an agent in 2019, Raquel has seen the incredible growth of the company, and thoroughly enjoyed utilizing the Compass platform in application to the team’s business. Raquel joined the employee side of Compass in 2022 and has since become the Sales Manager of the Bravern office. Raquel is passionate about advising agents on marketing and business planning strategies, as well as supporting in using the Compass tools.
Outside of work, Raquel rides horses competitively and spends much of her time immersed in the equestrian community. She enjoys boating on Lake Washington with her husband and yellow lab.
