Ray Rodriguez

Ray Rodriguez is a multi-family specialist for The R&Z Group of Compass Commercial. As an Executive Vice President of Investments, Ray exclusively represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties throughout The Bay Area and Southern California.

Ray began his real estate career in 2016, and in his first full year, he successfully closed over $100 Million in investment sales. Recognized as one of the Top Multifamily Agents in California Ray along with his business partner Tony, are the managing partners of The R&Z Group which has completed over $750,000,000 in transactions to date. Ray credits his work ethic, ability to execute, passion, and desire to help his clients achieve their real estate goals to his time spent as a Division 1 Football Player at San Jose State. One of Ray's proudest moments occurred during his senior season at San Jose State where he was a part of what is considered to be the best team in school history. Finishing the season as a Top 20 team in the country with an outstanding record of 11-2.

Ray is a member of The Tri-County Apartment Association, MLS, LoopNet, CoStar, The National Multi-Housing Group, San Jose State Football Quarterback Alumni Club and a Board Member for the Non Profit organization “Called Up”. In his free time Ray enjoys traveling, golf, attending sporting events, spending time with his friends, family, his wife Raelene, and their two daughters Norah Rae and Cora Joy.
